Cracked Screen Protector

I have just inherited a Sailor CU5100 SSB. The SSB has a cosmetically cracked screen protector, which whilst it doesn't affect function will cause condensation potentially. And it would be good to do aesthetically.

The manufacturers repair agent cannot repair because it is no longer supported due to age.

Does anyone know a reputable workshop where this could be repaired?

Thanks

Wouldn't the screen protector just be a sheet of glass or acrylic of appropriate thickness cut to size?
I've been to glaziers before and they could easily supply and what I wanted but they were going to charge $20. I went to a plastics sign maker firm and they gave me a scrap of the right thickness acrylic which I cut to size with a hacksaw.
