As I understand it he is, or was at the time of our last conversation, going to be doing The Great North Run
Maybe he wanted to keep this one quiet but I think it's news worthy enough to alert anyone that may be able to watch out for him

Hmmmm. Training was going reasonably well but then the daily chocolate biscuit count dictated that a deeper analysis of survival possibilities was required. The outlook was grim and mate of eldest brother Paul was looking for a number, so off it went.
