The e-mail enquiry address for Cox Engineering has been hacked, with the result that I have received no mails for the past week or more, all being diverted to an address in Australia. I hope the recipient found them interesting. I think I have resolved it now. If you have asked for technical advice recently but heard nothing from me can I ask you to please re-submit.
