Just come across this site. Looks as if it has just come on line (complete with mildly irritating sound effects though /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif). Nothing to do with me, but the information seems to be reasonable and may be of interest to some.

I dislike sound effects on websites and the menu bar is somewhat unstable or at least has an irritating flicker.

Looks good to me. A bit misguided re: the sound effects I agree but, it soon goes away. Lots of good information and it seems to be run buy a local lad (I checked). If I understand correctly it seems to be a funding excercise for a project to build a catermeran that can run a four minute mile! - read their 'Blog' page. At first I though that was a little strange but, actually it's quite interesting.

I think we all have opinions on the web design, but just in terms of information it seems pretty comprehensive and accurate.

I was actually looking for a restaurant website when I found the site through a search engine and knowing the restaurants listed, all the comments seem objective.

Anyone looking for Cowes information could do worse than start with this site.

Okay, Okay - I've removed the soundtrack on the homepage! and am removing the sound on the other pages as we speak! I've also put a link to the 'pixel page' - this will make sense when you read the blog on the homepage!
