Does the Dorset flag have a seahorse defaced with an anchor with a diagonal line through it?

No, it had a defaced Viking, with the head used as an anchor.

Don't know what the concern is? If FINDING SANCTUARY,and Natural England have their way the Dorset Coast will be out of bounds to boaters and sailors .
Didn't you realise that when it became part of the Jurassic Coast that meant it would all be eventually returned to what it would have looked like before man ever walked the Earth !
Yes theres going to be a toal ban on Humans from the area because they have only ruined the place since they began to walk on two legs.
This is a major conservation project and you'll only be allowed to walk round if your name ends in "SORAUS"

Wounld.nt be too worried if it was me.
THe Dorset Coast is now part of the JURASSIC COAST ,so with that in mind and the new Marine Conservation Zones you won't be able to get near Dorset by sea anymore.
Jurassic Coast probably means that the Conservationists want to return the place back to prehistoric times before MAN ever walked the Earth and started messing things up ,your only chance of getting near the coast is if your name ends in " SORAUS" ...won't ever happen in France !
