Those of us with outdrives will be aware of how the boat tends to wander when at slow speeds. Not too good on the crowded broads where I will be keeping my Sealine S24 for a while.

These seem to cost about £200 and look like fitting is a DIY Job.

Anyone any experience of these and do they work or is it just something else to get fouled up below the waterline

Only hearsay. Apparently they do work on the broads and canals but the price is paid at planing speeds. Wander is actually something you quickly get used to and subconsciously overcome. I'd just stick with it and soon it will be a non issue.

If you have bennet trim tabs on I'd be looking at drop fins instead, a side effect of them reduces wander
