Your first picture brought a wistful smile! I lived on Sheffield Road in Glossop (just down from the Royal Oak, near the cut through to Queens Drive(?)) in my early teens and the shape of the hill in the background (can't even remember it's name now) is imprinted on my brain from early morning hikes with my dad.
