Never used it before although was told it was good a few years back. Tried it for lunch Mayday as our usual choices were closed and all were closed for the evening, including this one. ULTRA slow service, like 45 minutes to get a pre lunch aperatif, then the food was mediocre to crap. 'Hot' duck salad starter was cold and very small amount, tornedos steak ordered as medium was overdone, dry and tough yet also strangely stone cold, it sat on a bed of overcooked (cold) vegetables. Scallops A La Normande (Chef's choice, probably wanted rid of them) were miniature, ie the size of cockles, over cooked and tough, they also sat on a bed of cold veggies. Time from start to finish 2hrs15mins and we left as soon as we could get the bill having left most of the main course for the dishwasher as they would probably have been closed for the evening before a dessert arrived had we been silly enough to order one! someone later told us it was under new management, probably ex Mcdonalds.
