Costa Concordia trial - plea bid?

A lynch mob is far too good for him.....

He refused to order a "practice" lifeboat drill after the ship hit the rocks. Indeed the ship was badly listing and he still refused to orde abandon... every death was preventable .... yet he allowed them to happen because he did not take simple action in good time...

Not even the simple action of staying clear of known rocks.

On the news just now, several of the company staff have been jailed for manslaughter.

The gallant captain should be quaking in his boots, he's being tried separately and the prosecution have unsurprisingly singled him out as most at fault.
