Well, I suppose she is quite pretty, but is it me or is there a touch of 'E.T.' about her ?

She was on the bridge ?! Just when I thought It couldn't get any worse; there was a case a while ago when an airline pilot let his very young son have a go; he knocked off the autopilot altitude hold, no-one noticed until too late and it piled in...Not saying she was on the helm, just that it might not look too good.

The Captain is best locked up behind concrete & steel bars for his own safety, though that may be insufficient against the wife...

The plot thickens - it will enhance her reputation to have been so entrancing!

If she had been on the lower deck, at one time she would have been told to 'show a leg'.

They still said that when I was in, but then we still slung hammocks.

I wonder why the divers were checking out the clothes in the masters cabin when they were supposed to be searching for survivors/bodies. Some people seem to be making an awful lot of effort to blacken the masters name.

I'd have thought the captain's cabin would be a place that the powers-that-be would want searched. There might have been a stash of empty grappa bottles under the bunk, for example.

Not sure if the aircraft story is or is not an urban myth. The way I heard it was that it was a Russian airliner and the captain left his young son on the flight deck while he mingled with the passengers, at which point the security door to the cockpit slammed shut .... this also assumed that everyone, including the co-pilot and the engineer also quit the cockpit. In my story it did not crash, but the crew had to resort to a fire axe to get back to the controls before it hit the deck. Sorry. There are no blondes in my story!

Hope I don't get in trouble for this but apparently the photo was taken just before the 'crash'.
