Cost of new boom?

I am considering buying an Oyster 39, which will need a new boom. I would like to fit a boom capable of handling single line furling. I have done a quick google search, and plenty of information on booms, but nothing on prices. Anyone care to give me a ballpark figure on the cost of a new boom?

Hello Neil,

We are also looking at a new boom for a Rival 32 and have been quoted around £600 form Z-Spar who have been very helpful so far. Within that price is a new Gooseneck fitting as we are keeping the original mast.

I would say that for your kind of needs and size you would be looking at around £700 to £900, but this is just a guess.
