Cost of Diesel In Gibraltar Area

Does anybody know of the cost of Marine Diesel in Gibraltar and how it compares with Spain, Portugal and North Africa? Is there anywhere where it is dead cheap? (I think I read that petrol costs 5p per litre in Venezuela but that is a bit too far)
Also any likelihood of big increases (eg known tax increases - obviously market price will change with Oil price)

I tanked up in Gib only to find it was significantly cheaper in Smir, Morocco last year. Cant remember prices, drunk to many beers since then, but paid around 60p a litre in gib and it was 15p cheaper in Smir. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

It's important to check the quality of the fuel, though.

Thanks! I wondered if that might be the case, so there is a case for buying a boat with big tanks all other things being equal. On a thousand litres, 15p sounds like ... er, £150 which should pay for lunch ...
Presumably prices in Ceula which is nearer to Gib should be similar?

What about Algiers, I believe marine diesel is dirt cheap there only hearsay though, no personal experience.

Difficult to get accurate info as commercial operators tend to be cheaper than marinas. Maybe check on the marina web sites?
