Corrosion - more than normal / acceptable?

Hi All,

I briefly checked over a boat that I'm thinking of buying. I spotted some green & pitting on some of the fittings below decks, and also thought the propeller wasn't looking its best. What do you guys think of the pics attached - anything to be overly concerned about??

I've not got to the stage of appointing a surveyor...yet.

Does the prop' ring when tapped with a hammer or just go thud. If it rings it should be OK. The verdigris and pitting on the water inlet probably isn't deep enough to cause any problems in the near future but replacing it isn't going to break the bank
