Recently spent some time in Jersey with a friend who had a copy of the RCC Channel Island Pilot by Peter Carnegie.
We were doing some planning and looking at the tidal streams for Alderney.
We noticed that the tidal streams in the main section differed significantly from the ones in the appendix.
At a chandlery we found the latest edition, and discovered that there was a big error with the copy he had - something like 5 hours difference.
The chap in the shop said there had been a mistake and corrections were available (but didn't say from where) OR we could buy the newer edition, which my friend did.
Does anyone know whether there is a full correction list ('cos this sort of basic error makes me wonder if there are other big cock ups) as my friend kindly gave me his old (incorrect) copy?
