Cornwall Holiday Homes - or Hens Teeth

Can anyone point me in the direction of properties or an agent who can find me a waterside property in Cornwall for a fortnight? Preferences include....

Jetty or slip plus deepwater mooring OR close to public facility eg Pastow, Fal, Helford etc.

Pool.

Dog allowed.

1 large or 2 adjacent properties for 2 small families.

Any experience or recommendations?

The pub at Helford Passage (The Ferryboat, The Ferryman?) runs some holiday homes there. You can launch dinghies off the beach, and deep water moorings are available- speak to the guy who runs the ferry and boat hire down there.

you'll need to book early for the summer but its a great area for sailing and the sailing club offers temporary membership except during August.
