Corfu to Preveza 28th April

I can't find the route someone on here has used but l remember it went - fly to Corfu, get ferry to Igenamista (spelling!) then a taxi down the Greek side. Is this still the best way and does anyone have the taxi number for the Greek bit. On the 28th the sky express doesn't fly and even when it does it is late in the day. Any other alternatives for that date?

We arranged a 24 hour one way car hire from Europcar who have an office 100 yards from the ferry at IGOUMENITSA. They collected the car from us the next day at Aktio marine which is convenient for them as they have a desk at Preveza airport. The advantage for us was that we had the car to visit supermarkets and re supply the boat. The cost was about the same as a one way taxi ride.

If you are on the right flights the link with Sky Express on their Dornier is hands down the best way to do it and comparable in price to ferry and bus!

I believe that the float plane may be operational again this year!
