I got mine from a high street carpet shop... was v cheap... and plastic backed to boot, so no rot problems..

I converted a van a few years ago and lined the roof and walls with insulation carpet. Motorcaravan suppliers use same stuff. Quick google for caravan headlining carpet came up with www.automobiletrim.com/automotive-carpet.html
