Cookham Regatta

Given the weather predictions for Saturday will anybody be venturing to Cookham for the regatta?.

I havn't been before, but am told there is much to do both on and off the river at this rotary organised event.

Also can anyone advise if it is safe to moor on the field at Cookham if it is windy overnight?

When it restarted some years ago I was a starter - the hardest days work of my life!

I would definitely check on moorings for the day and evening, sometimes there is regatta gear stored there overnight.
