Is your existing cooker no good?

The BSS only require flame failure on new (post Jan 2000) installations. Existing appliances are subject to an exemption to this standard.

The lowest cost one I could find, which I have purchased, is the Techimpex from http://www.gaelforce.net.
Phone them for a price as sometimes only the sugested selling price is only quoted on their web site.
There are two models of different widths which are stainless, have two rings and oven, full flame failure, pan holders and gimbles. I bought the wider version and the price was right.
