Cooker query

I am trying to identify the maker of my cooker, a two-hob, grill and oven job in stainless steel. The only maker's mark I can find is a transfer on the front which looks like "CM"

I need to get new burners for the hob as the cast iron rings have corroded.

Any help with contact details?
