Hi, does anybody know if the Mariner F15ML (serial number OR359696 - I think it’s a 2010 model) can be converted from tiller to remotes?

thanks

Thanks QBhoy, I take it there’s a standard conversion kit available?
I’ve never done it to be fair. But certainly know you can. You’ll need to fit a steering tube, bar and cable system for the remotes. Also the throttle and gear remotes kit too. As you have it now. There should be a blank fitting where the remotes for gear and throttle would go. Alternative is a cheaper system for gear that goes directly onto your gear lever.
look up teleflex remote steering and morse remote throttle and gear systems for small outboards. Won’t be terribly cheap and perhaps on the verge of making it worth considering looking for an engine with it already fitted perhaps. Although likely not too commonly available at that size.
