1061 furler on 52 ft 1983 schooner has an erratic alarm that won’t stop. System APPEARS TO NOT WORK if alarm is disconnected. But then it will run. And then it won’t. I am checking all wiring associated with it. Power cables external to the control and motor are fine. Plenty of juice. But the 6-16 vdc alarm is only receiving 6+ volts. Can I circumvent the alarm and run the furler? If so, how do I circumvent? Just disconnect wires?
