Contessa 28

I am considering buying a Contessa 28, however can find no on-line info on the boat. There doesn't appear to be a class association, and the Jeremy Rodgers site, whilst waxing lyrical about the C32, doesn't seem to mention the boat. Specifically, I wish to know:
Vices
Stability (partner is concerned about angle of heel!)
Long term problems (the boat in question is 1982)
