I have a theory that, with ever increasing fuel prices, pumps are being turned down to fill at a slower rate to make you feel like your getting loads of fuel for your money.

Went to fill up today but stopped at £20 as I was getting too cold.

Yes of course there is, they are all at it! The car parking in Chichester has been hit to, they have'nt put the price up but you now only get 15 instead of 20mins for 20p, thought we would'nt notice I expect!

i think that people are inventing conspiracy theories in order to give the impression that they know what is going on.

if we look at the word "conspiracy" then all the clews are there as to what's a foot. At the head is "con" which is a telltale to "confidence trickster" next is "SP" short for starting price , indicating a gamble , next is "irac" .. the press leeches have had a field day there already, and lastly "Y" for TB's monogrammed pants. Putting it all together we see that by adding a bit of bluff whe can in fact include all the bits of a sail!
