Does it exist?
The tricky bit is getting hold of crew with the right training and experience...
Bloody hard when sailing alone. Tactician says tack now, navigator says hold on for the front to blow through, cook says coffee will be up in 5 could we wait until then, helmsman just sits there and does what he's told, skipper says we should've tacked 10 minutes ago.
Then it all descends into chaos.

No chance! Off-watch crew sitting inside, enjoying a snack and looking out the companionway - sees an orange wall float past 20 meters astern and thinks "**** that was close!"Then a big orange tanker conveniently appears to be on collision course so you decide to "squeeze" round it's bow![]()
I love it when a crew works so well with me that a mere nod is all that's required, no words spoken at all; takes a fair bit of sailing together to reach that standard.
So do you tack before or after that.![]()
