Trying to connect Simrad AP15 autopilot to AMEC Camino-108 AIS (acts as multiplexer). I have connected both units as per manuals, but it send AIS into reboot loop. Aupilot TX OUT+ cable connected to AIS RX IN+ cable causes this reboot loop. AIS port#2 is set to 4800 baud rate. There are no sentences from autopilot and no data comes into autopilot, e.g. GPS. NMEA port test on autopilot givea 'Loopback NMEA#1 NO'. Any idea how to solve this problem?
