Connecting diferent devices

I've read on here that someone has experience and success connecting a raymarine radar plotter to a lowrance unit for its nmea signal and antenna. I'm hoping to achieve the same but very confused as to what to do. Any help would be appreciated.

A good start would be to give enough information for people to be able to understand you. So, for example, what are the model numbers of the items, and what are you hoping to achieve?
