It was a great day - actually a great long weekend. Many laughs, many drinks and many good friends and rellies. (Blimey those Geordies can drink and even brought 70 pints of their own non-brown stuff which was gone quite early on )

Alan and a few others went for a pint at noon on Sunday (don't ask how I know) and Alan switched his phone off. About 1.15 the barman came walking round with a phone looking for a Mr Charlton - Zoe had rung the pub to tell him that folks were arriving at home and where was he. He was taken aback and kept repeating "She even rang the b------ pub"
