No dont buy them or even bother downloading them, they are crap.

Out of date, all in pdf format so very difficult to find anything.
very little about smaller interesting places that yachties like to visit.

I guess they are meant for big ships, and american at that.

You will end up stringing the CD over the boom to scare the gulls off
