Here's a curious thing. Packing the car for an early start down to the boat tomorrow, to do some painting and other fitting out jobs.
Picked up the new, unused, aluminium, extendable boat hook from where it has been propped upright in the cellar all winter, and its full of water. The cellar is dry, although the part of the cellar where the boat hook has been is more of an outhouse than part of the house, if you see what I mean. But where has the water come from?
I assume it must be condensation, but theres a lot of it. I suppose this explains why the boat itself is so damp inside.
Is anyone else having a severe condensation problem this winter?
