I thought them boats with sticks on top always floated at an angle like that, they always seem to be when I pass them.

Nah, I think that yot's less than 12 meters long so he's ok on shapes.
Not sure whether he's got enough scope on that anchor though.

no its just half boats that fall sideways, a bit like a lot of mobos! true stability requires two hulls.

He's not doing anything wrong. He's just patching up the antifoul where the marks of the support props were on the hull.

Has he let out enough chain for the anchor? Should it normally need to be around 4 times the depth?

Well the navigator is obviously having a zizz, the blind is drawn under the forehatch. Apart from that they seem to be using the keel to heel the boat instead of keeping it upright.

The other thing he's done wrong is heeled it the wrong way - IMHO...
