Bought an ICOM handheld and something else from Compass24.com a few weeks ago and have not seen or heard anything since. Have emailed them, tried calling but the German speaker on the other end hung up on me when I asked if he spoke English. Now 3 days into emails to support and still nothing.
Is this a one-off bad experience with a busy continental retailer or are they dodgy?
