Compass swung today

Would you believe the compass adjuster was a woman.I asked if she was a Mistress Mariner Foriegn Going? But no she said she had always been a swinger.
My compass turned out to be remarkably accurate no more than 2 degrees out on any heading.
I took the opportunity to attend another compass swing that was going to be done locally after mine. It was a new 45ft sports cruiser.
The compass had a massive deviation up to 26 degrees. after a lot of adjustments even fitting additional magnets and great persaverance this was reduced to zero very impressive.

Her farther is a compass swinger, have worked with him and is very proud of the fact that she is too. .
