Just spent an entire day going 10 rounds with a "simple easy to install IP webcam".
Bliimin heck !
Well at least I can see it at the moment ,just got to work out how to host it on the web and link it to here or wherever so that all and sundry can watch.

We are just opposite the MDL marina in Chatham,so views of BCC arriving will be online,shame there is no zoom to watch the antics in the lock !
If anybody has set up one of these before and can offer any advice ?

I hope you've got a fixed IP address, no good with dynamic one!

Dynamic IPs are fine if it supports a Dynamic DNS Service

O gosh yes a proper boatyard.The noise from the halyards rattling in the wind on the yachts ashore for the winter during a blow is quite nice.
