In the past I used Feulset, in my diesel tank to try to remove any water. Last year I had a blob of diesel bug block the fuel pickup, the rest of the tank appeared clean but was treated with Marine 16 (to kill the bug) and then the tank was removed and steam cleaned over the winter.

This year I plan to continue with Marine 16 but was wondering if it was worth using Fuelset as well to help remove any water and keep injectors clean.

Is it a good idea or a wate of money using 2 treatments and will they both work when combined in the tank?

I have used FuelSet for years without problems. Just looked at the website and it is fine for mixing with other chemicals as it is not a biocides, rather some sort of anti-surfactant.
