Colvic only supplied the hull and superstructure mouldings, so standard of fit out and engine installation will vary enormously. A subjective opinion is therefore impossible, it will depend on the individual boat, standard of grp from colvic should be good and its a seaworthy shape, should be good for up to 28knots with right engines.
IMHO though a bit dated, I would go for a more modern design.

I had one with a 150 turbo and sternpower outdrive, well fitted out by owner, did about 12knots heavy 16knots light. if you find one with twin inboard diesels say BMW 180s it's quick, downwind at bit twitchy but what boat isn't. I put copperslip on bottom 8years ago the new owner has had no problems with Osmo etc.

Check the build carefully hull wise they are strong.
