It's getting close to midnight Monday> Tuesday and the thermo is plummeting. Most of us have the CH turned up high, and the cat under the duvet as a furry hotwater bottle.
Spare a thot tonight, gentle peeps, for those in peril on the seas.....
One of those, tonight, is quite likely to be our own 'Capnhook', who asked on here a few days ago about the prudence of a trip in sail from Swansea to Penzance. It's gone a bit quiet now, and I rather suspect he's now not all that far from Padstow..... It'll be a bluddy cold and fretful night for a 'noobie' to nightsailing down there. A damn sight warmer IN the water than ON it .
So let's give him a group 'thot', and our wish we were out there with him. So saying, let's join in the chorus......
