Has anyone fitted one of these?

It's the Whale Twist deck shower. I've read some reports which suggest that it uses too much water, that it's difficult to adjust with wet hands and that after time it leaks. I'd appreciate any thoughts that the Forum might have. Incidentally, before you ask, we've been down the solar shower/garden spray/container on deck with pump routes. As the boat's in the Med, we would like something more convenient, perhaps more luxurious....

I have fitted them to our last 2 boats. Easy to fit and operate, and never had a problem with wet hands not gripping the head, it has a good sized rubber top to get hold of. They do not use a lot water and they don't leak. Like other cockpit showers it is important to drain them to stop frost damage. This shower comes with a blanking plug so you can remove the hose assembly completely.
The only downside is they are expensive especially if you go for the 4.5 metre hose length.
I would recommend it.
