Only pros. Assuming that you have enough space under the cockpit to do it nicely, without bending the hoses too much or leaving puddles in them and can get to the seacocks easily.

[pro] No water comes in when heeled,
[con] Not all water goes out when heeled.
So if you take on a wave when heeled, most of the water will drain, but some will remain till you level the boat.
