Can't speak from personal experience, but there's cover2cover at Birdham (up a lane opposite the Spar store) and there's Arun sails at Bosham.
Arun are currently fixing the UV strip on my jib, so I could report back on the quality of their ziggy-zaggy stitching when it comes back.

Tec-Sew at Gosport have just finished one on our boat at Haslar, very impressed with the job and service, also a good bit cheaper than the quote from CJ
