Coaster33

Having just purchased a Coaster33 Motor/Sailor I would appreciate assitance on the following. She is berthed at Falmouth Marina and wonder if anyone knows of
a supplier/fitter of teak grating for the heads. I am also going to repack the stern gland when she comes out for anti-foul. Any do's or don'ts ?

Teak grating try Howells timber in Poole, they've also got a web site, search on Google.

When re-packing stern gland be sure not to overtighten it, tp start with not much more than finger tight and keep a good watch over it and gradually tighten up to stop leaks. When stopped it should drip approx every 15 seconds.
