I have our Fairline holiday "Spirit of Avalon"on the Broads but down south in Brundall teritory. Natives are freindly if a little restless at times.
I do not know of any clubs in this neck of the woodsthough.
Why not start one. The "Broads branch of the YBW boat club" Thee and me could be founder old gitz etc.
Just think of all the sail-ins and rallye's that could be held at each riverside pub!!
try Looking up brundal bay motorboat club they have a telephone line, has a good clubhouse and bar don't know how active they are now.
If no phone number try brundal bay marina they may help as the office is underneath the club.
We have a group of us on here who have Fairline Holidays.
Me, PGD and Kittewake - would you like to be the 4th member of the "Holiday" club. no meetings, no events, no regattas, no Chairman / Secretary / Officers - just a secret "I need help" group of Holiday Supporters.
Adrian
p.s. don't tell anyone else who doesnt have a Fairline Holiday as they will be jealous and try pretending they have one too. Esp that Boatone fella
Don't call me "Ian"
Cleopatra - yellow hull called Court Jester. Have you seen her ?
Aaaaahhh .I think it would be really sweet if all you folks with diddy little boats got together and formed some sort of - as you put it - 'I need help' mutual support group. Mind you. I'm all in favour of Holidays, cant get enough of 'em in fact but my preference is for long holidays rather than short(ish) ones if you get my drift.
No danger of me pretending I've got one or being jealous...my 32 footer is definitely much more to my likeing ...............
Never mind , you can call me anything you like as long as its not Sandra........
