Sorry for p*** poor photo, no time to set up a tripod. Odd cloud pattern - a bit like the Statue of Liberty's crown - seen to the SW from near Tower Bridge. Wind at 30m height was SW 10 knot. The wide angle exaggerates slightly but each plume is heading in a different direction to its neighbour.

Does anyone know - is it a precursor to any particular kind of weather?
 
Looks to me like bands of cirrus/cirrostratus, which are high enough to make it look like they are radiating rather than parallel with a band of low stuff, stratocumulus. Could indicate a front invading from the left of the viewer (which is a prety good bet this summer).
