Clouding inside compass dome...

Ok there are many posts about these Plastimo Contest compasses, and mine are about 30 years old so probably due to be replaced, but...

Does anyone have any idea how to clean up the clouding on the inside of the perspex dome? I have drained the liquid (white spirit) already

Hi George are you sure they are cloudy on the inside mine were pretty bad but it was all on the outside just used some 3m grp restorer and polish and refilled with pure Barotine lamp oil.
