Since then he is on to PhiPhi and onward!!

Stingo is in Trinidad and is for sale. I has set my sights on a catamaran. Life here? It sucks. Can't wait to get back afloat.

It's all to do with creature comforts and space. If it was a question of sailing performance, I'd stick with what I've got.

Which goes to prove the old saying that there are two types of sailor. Those that like multihulls, and those that have never tried them!

For me the ideal cruising boat (catamaran) is the Cat Flotteur 41. Tough as nails (heavy aluminium : Strongall).

There is a wall known French singer "Antoine" who has been sailing around the would for the last 20 years and he has one. You can search under "Banana Split"
