Anyone else had a bad experience?

Have only ever heard good reports about Clipper, what do you class as bad experience?

Poor quality repairs. Always having to chase them up. General lack of customer care. Just curious if I'm special.

I won't go into details but we had a commissioning problem identified 2 weeks ago and they bettered my expectations of a remedy by a country mile. Still have a small and minor niggle but no hint of them abandoning me.
