Thank you to Capn Sensible for the advice. Cleared out of Rabat yesterday morning, passports stamped and boat clearance documents. Customs, police and sniffer dog came on board then off straight away (customs, police and sniffer dog stayed in Rabat). Came into Puerto America today and as we were reliably informed by the experienced and knowledgeable folks, we just checked in to the marina and no need to go in search of anyone else.
