Yes

We used Prop-o-drev balck Teflon spray on our Duoprops and they were much better, it only wore away on the tips and the speed was much better in the 2nd 1/2 of the season in comparison to not anti-fouling.
Howver, it really was quite a fiddle to get back to the metal and primer it again at/near the worn edges every year as one shouldn't overspray primer and topcoat without going back to the metal.
