The marina was spraying water proofing on a houseboat being built and the tubes of my pvc inflatable, which was nearby, and now has a stickiness to them in certain spots. I tried goo gone but there is still some residue. Any advice? Not sure of acetone is too strong. Thanks

Whatever you do to clean it, I have been told not to use any silicon based or silicon included polish to give 'a nice shine'. The silicon lasts for ever in the pvc or hypalon, it is impossible to get off and renders your inflatable unmendable for glueing patches.
Acetone for small areas of the residue you mention might be ok, it is what is recommended for cleaning small areasprior to patch gluing. ( but not for silicon )
It maybe an idea to ask the yard what chemicals they used in the spray and then ask this forum again for some advice, there are some knowledgeable chemical engineers on here.
Good luck

"Gummo strip" is what you want...... not cheap and the only place i know where to buy is Force 4 . It really is brilliant for cleaning pvc tubes .

I could be quite wrong and so I offer 'pologies if that's the case, but I imagine that the 'newbie' Original Poster 'Four Always' might get more reads and responses, were his thread to be moved to the probably more appropriate 'Reader To Reader' forum.

Consequently I've asked that the Mod Team have a look and a think.
