Cleaning Fenders

Just put mine in the dishwasher Two ata time and they came up a treat, has anyone else tried this !

If you apply a coat of polish after cleaning they will last a lot longer before you need to clean them again too.

You either have a small boat or a very big dishwasher!! Oxalic acid, strong solution wiped on and left for about 1/2 hour works well. T imitate the dishwasher a solutin of caustic soda in very hot water is what the dishwasher is doing but you need gloves and goggles...

Wipe with Acetone, allow to dry then polish to re-seal the surface will bring them up as good as new.
